The information on our website is for general information about our products and services. We work to keep it accurate and current, but features, prices and programs can change. Pictures and screens are examples.
Prices on our website and in quotes are estimates until you sign an agreement. Card processing, cash discount (0% processing), surcharging and other pricing programs are subject to approval, card brand rules and state laws. We help you set up the program that is right and allowed for your business. Examples such as a 4% service fee are only examples.
Merchant processing accounts are subject to approval by our sponsor banks and processors. SNAP/EBT authorization and FNS numbers are issued only by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, which decides on applications and sets its own timeline. Times we give, such as sending your application within 24 hours or delivering a card machine within 48 hours of your FNS number, describe our part of the process and are not a promise of approval.
When you send an application on our website, you confirm that the information is true and complete. When you sign electronically, you agree that your electronic signature has the same effect as a signature on paper.
Free trials of PosNerd software last for the period shown when you sign up. After the trial, a paid plan is needed to keep using the software.
Do not misuse our website: no attempts to break in, interfere with it, send harmful code, or use it for anything illegal.
PosNerd, NerdPay, RetailNerd, our logo and the content of our website belong to PosNerd Corporation. Other names and logos belong to their owners.
Our website is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, PosNerd is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using our website.
