PosNerd Corporation ("PosNerd", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect on posnerd.com and through our products, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Contact and quote requests: your name, business name, phone, email, type of business, what you need, and any message you send.
• Card statements: if you upload a card processing statement for a savings review.
• EBT setup applications: store details, owner names, dates of birth, home addresses, Social Security numbers, phone numbers, emails, business licenses or permits, photo IDs, bank information, and your electronic signature.
• Payment information: card and bank account details are entered on secure payment pages and card machines run by our payment partners. Card numbers are not stored on our website.
• Website use: basic technical information such as your IP address, the general location it comes from (city and internet company), your browser, the pages you visit, the site that sent you, and the date and time of your visit. Our team may be notified when someone visits, so we can be ready to help.

How we use it

• To answer your questions, prepare quotes and savings reviews, and call or email you about your request.
• To prepare and submit your SNAP retailer (FNS) application to the USDA when you authorize us to.
• To open and run your merchant processing account with our bank and processing partners.
• To provide support, keep our services secure, and meet legal and card brand requirements.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to provide our services: with the U.S. Department of Agriculture for EBT applications you authorize, with our sponsor banks and payment processors to open and run your account, with service providers who help us run our business under confidentiality obligations, and when required by law.

How we protect it

Our website uses a secure (https) connection. EBT applications, documents and card statements you upload are encrypted when they reach us and stored outside our public website, where only authorized PosNerd staff can open them. No method of storage or transfer is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your information.

How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as needed for the purpose you gave it to us, to run your account, and to meet legal, tax and card brand requirements. Then we delete it.

Calls, texts and emails

If you give us your phone number or email, we may contact you about your request and your account. If we send marketing texts, we will ask for your consent first, and you can reply STOP at any time. You can ask us to stop marketing emails at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we have about you, subject to the records we must keep by law. Contact us using the information below.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
